- 300ml (1/2 pint) milk
- 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 3 tablespoons dessicated coconut
- 3 tablespoons cream

- Put the milk, ice cream, dessicated coconut and cream into a blender.
- Blend for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve in large glasses with a straw.
