for dough:

  • 200 gr of flour
  • 180 gr sugar
  • 150 gr butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 4-5 tablespoons pineapple syrup
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, a pinch of salt

for decoration:

  • 1 can of pineapple
  • walnuts
  • 30 gr butter
  • 50 gr sugar

HOW TO PREPARE CAKE RECIPE with pineapple and nuts:

beat the soft butter with the sugar until it becomes creamy, then add the yolks (separate from the egg whites). Add the pineapple syrup and lemon juice then the sifted flour with the baking powder. Beat the egg whites with the salt powder, then add them to the composition stirring from top to bottom. In a round tray we put paper and place the pineapple slices and walnut kernel (unground) among the pineapple. Pour the composition obtained on top and put in the preheated oven at 180 ° for about 50 minutes 40 min).

when it is ready, turn it over on a plate and sprinkle the sugar (50 gr) and put the pieces of butter. Put it in the oven for a few more minutes (2-3 min) to color a little.
