Tips sites

We can replace peaches with apples, nectarines, apricots, and instead of finetti we can use jam, sweetened cheese or other fillings.

I found a very good recipe at You need apricots, sugar, water and lemon juice, and to store bottles for sterilization for the winter.

They can be kept over the winter, without any problem, even if they do not have preservatives, in case they get colder winter days.

Method of preparation

Put a large pot of water to boil and scald the apricots, take the skin off and remove the seeds.

Put the water, apricots, sugar and lemon juice in a large pot. Boil them until the apricots are well softened.

Put them in a blender and mix until you get a fine, homogeneous and creamy composition.

Bring to the boil again, for 1-2 minutes, and if it is too thick, we can add more water, as long as we like it to be consistent.

Pour into sterilized bottles and leave in a bain marie, ie well wrapped, so that it cools by itself.

Peach candies with honey

Fans of everything that is natural and healthy are trying to replace sugar with honey everywhere. The dessert prepared according to this recipe has a unique aromatic hue.

  1. It is eaten in a peach with a puree of peach pulp, combined with honey, with the help of a mixer or a meat grinder.
  2. Add citric acid to the table.
  3. Boil the table in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
  4. Bring the product to the preparation in the oven or electric dryer according to the scheme described above.
  5. To easily remove the candy paper, you need to turn the product over and rub it with water. Wait 2 minutes
  6. Remove the paper from the dessert. Cut into strips. Rotate the rollers.

1 level vanilla top for the cake

For decoration

Peach cream
200 g peaches from compote
3 tablespoons caster sugar
100 ml peach compote juice
2 sachets of gelatin
1 sachet of whipped cream
150 ml whipped cream milk
1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Strawberry cream
350g strawberries
5 tablespoons caster sugar
250g mascarpone
2 sachets of gelatin
1 sachet of whipped cream
150ml whipped cream milk

Method of preparation:

Peach cream
Drain the peaches from the compote, then cut them into cubes. The gelatin is soaked in the compote juice for 10 minutes, then poured over the peaches in the compote and mixed hot for 2 minutes, then left to cool.
Beat the whipped cream powder with 3 tablespoons of caster sugar and milk until it hardens well. The cream obtained is mixed with cugelatin and peaches - pre-cooled - until we get a cream, which we will put in the fridge until we prepare the second cream - but not for very long.

Strawberry cream
Wash the strawberries and let them drain. After the strawberries have drained, put them in a bowl and pass them with the blender until you get a puree. Over the strawberry puree add the caster sugar and mascarpone cheese and mix.

Put a sachet of gelatin dissolved in 150ml of water on a steam bath, after it has dissolved add gelatin over the strawberry puree, mix until smooth, then leave to cool.

Beat the whipped cream powder with the milk until it becomes hard and add the whipped cream obtained over the strawberry puree with mascarpone, stirring until we obtain a homogeneous cream.

After we have prepared both creams, we prepare 6 cups or bowls. We crush in each cup a little of the cake top, we put over the peach cream then the strawberry cream and we decorate with a slice of kiwi, a strawberry and a piece of wafa, or something else according to preferences.
Refrigerate for at least an hour and then serve cold. It is a wonderful and cool dessert.

Yummmy diet recipes!

Eh! I thought it would be useful if I opened a topic with appetizing recipes and for girls who are on a diet to lose weight, not to have to try fat recipes
It would be good to have nutritional information as well. I know it's some extra work, but it's worth it.

Grilled Portobello mushrooms with Camembert cheese

The quantities are for one serving

4 large Portobello mushrooms (without legs around 200 gr) only the hat is washed and drained
28 gr Camember cheese is cut into 4 thin slices

Heat the grill, put the mushrooms to fry with the side with the slats down, 10 min, turn, add a little salt and put the camembert slices. Hold for another 5-10 minutes.

A DELIGHT. Now the balance: (mushrooms) 52 horsepower + (cheese) 80 horsepower = 132.

You can also serve a salad of vegetables next to it (lettuce, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 pepper, 2-3 green onions. What you have on hand) without oil, possibly some dressing light (but see the total not to exceed 100 -120 cal)

And 1-2 crumbs go by (30-60 horsepower)

Total: 312 horses (in the worst case) you are tired and you ate very healthy.

But let's wait and see other suggestions.

Most of my recipes are "light", in the sense that I cut from fat to ease the caloric balance. For me, it worked better to try to make normal but low-fat food, weighed and calculated. I try to remember a certain recipe, but as usually happens, when I need more, I don't miss the record. Anyway, I think it's a great idea to have a section with light recipes and calculated calories.

¼ cup of raisins (I do not put)
2 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur (I do not put)
3 purebred dogs (Granny Smith)
½ cup of sugar (I use either brown sugar or fructose - fruit sugar)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
8 sheets of phyllo dough
Cooking spray (butter-flavored)
2-3 tablespoons gray

Mix the raisins with the liqueur in a bowl and place in the microwave for 1 ½ min. In another bowl, mix the grated apples, sugar / fructose, cinnamon and, after cooling, the raisins mixed with the liqueur. Mix well and leave for 5-10 minutes. Squeeze the apples from the juice.
Place a damp towel on the work surface and place it on top of a phyllo sheet (don't forget to cover the rest of the sheets with another wet towel), spray the second sheet, and repeat the operation until you have 8 sheets. Sprinkle the semolina on the short side of the sheet, leaving a 3 cm edge. Place the apples over the semolina and start rolling (use the towel underneath to make your work easier). Do not run too tight… it may explode during baking. Place the ready-rolled strudel in a spray tray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until nicely browned.

This is the basic recipe, I basically make 2 strudels with 8 sheets, a little smaller and I get 16 servings, you can eat 2 for 168 calories… this sounds fff good for a diet recipe

Grilled Peaches - Recipes

Different from this jam, compared to others I've made so far, is the method of preparation and the fact that I did not clean the peaches. The method is taken here: Casa Da Benedetta. The original recipe also contains ginger, which I don't really like, so I gave up. The lady in the pictures makes a larger amount of marmalade, and the peaches she uses are greener and have redder skin, hence that beautiful color. My peaches were soft, with partially reddish and yellow skin, so the jam has a different color, but still beautiful, I say.
Due to the skin and the preparation method that requires little processing time, the jam is much more fragrant, fragrant, colorful. So the method convinced me and I will take it over with apricot jam.
The shorter the processing time, the more beautiful the color, the tastier the jam, and the nutritional properties are better preserved :)

I did not use all the peaches in the picture (2 kg), but only 1 kg.
After washing the fruit and removing the seeds
there are 750 g (756 g more precisely: D) of pulp left with the skin.

One more thing. I know that we all have spatulas or wooden spoons that we use for jams, jams, that is, we are careful not to use those that we mix in paprika with onions, etc. But sometimes, even these have a smell. the drawer, the wood, has not been used for a while. eh, in this case, it is very simple, rubbing the wooden utensil with lemon, then rinsing with cold water. If necessary, repeat the operation. It will be a pleasure to pass it under the nose, the utensil :) I used one of the halves of the lemon already used (squeezed and grated: D) for this jam.

I poured the peaches into the bowl and then fired over a moderate heat. Being a small amount, the content boils very quickly. After about 8-10 minutes, I took the vertical mixer and ground the jam. After another 3-4 minutes of light cooking, I pulled the pot aside. The jam already had a beautiful texture, slightly thickened. In enameled cast iron pots, the marmalade boils much faster than in other pots, so watch out for small quantities.

I closed them tightly, placed them in a large bowl, poured the water up to the "neck" of the jars and fired the pot over a moderate heat. The 10 minutes of boiling are measured from the moment the water starts to boil. Remove the jars from the water bath, group and cover with a blanket. Leave it like this until it cools completely.

  • 3 eggs
  • 75g sugar
  • 80 g wheat flour
  • a teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • a little salt
  • 400 g Philadelphia type cream cheese
  • 400 g whipping cream
  • 175g sugar
  • 7 sheets of neutral gelatin
  • a large glass of cold water
  • 50 ml milk

  • a small handful of sliced almonds

Soak the gelatin sheets in a large glass of cold water.

For the cake: we place the butterflies in our Thermomix glass. Add the 3 eggs, the 75 g sugar and the teaspoon of vanilla extract. I knocked around 6 minutes at 37 ° at speed 4. When I finished, I knocked again for 6 minutes at speed 4, this time without temperature.

Add the 80 g of wheat flour and a pinch of salt. I beat in time 4 seconds at speed 3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° and prepare a 23 x 23 cm square mold lined with greaseproof paper. Turn the dough over, smooth its surface and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.

In a small saucepan add the 50 ml of cream and heat it until it starts to boil. Take the gelatins when they are already hydrated, drain them well and pour them into the milk. Mix well so that it falls apart. Set aside to cool.

To make the cream: in our glass we place the butterflies and add 400 ml of cream, we put it to beat between 40-50 seconds at speed 3.5. The time is approximate, as the cream may require more or less time, depending on how cold it is. We try to do it for 40 seconds and, if you need more time, we beat it a little more, but without going overboard. When he is whipped, we take him out of the glass and set him aside.

In the same unclean glass, add the 400 g of cream cheese, the 175 g of sugar and the gelatin from the pan that I put aside. We mix it over time 20 seconds at speed 3.5. Add the cream and stir for 5 seconds at speed 3.5.

We will throw it on top of the cake we finished and we will keep it in the fridge for about 2 hours, until it leaves.

For coating: put in a glass of cold water to soften the 4 sheets of neutral gelatin. In a small saucepan, add the 50 ml of peach syrup and heat it until it starts to boil. Take the gelatins when they are already hydrated, drain them well and throw them in the syrup. Mix well so that it falls apart. Set aside to cool.

In our clean glass we add 575 g of peaches in syrup, the teaspoon of vanilla extract and crush it during 30 seconds at speed 5. Pour the gelatin over the crushed peach and mix for 5 seconds at speed 5. Pour over the cake when the cream cheese is coagulated. We put it in the fridge for another 2 hours.

To make the lines and eyes of the bees, melt the two chocolates either in the microwave at low power or in a saucepan over a cauldron. Black chocolate
